jungle justice is very common in Nigeria because the justice system is a failure....thats why any person can pay to have you arrested (whether innocent or guilty) and any criminal can just pay up and be freed.

That's the point. Your post, the one I responded to, inputted guilt to the man. He did not suffer because he committed a crime - at least, we don't know that. He may just be an innocent man who was just doing his tailoring business when he got got.
