You heard wrong sister. I initially thought it wasn't interesting when it first came out but I started it again last month after downloading the whole season and I didn't skip any scene. Think about it, a thief prisoner just got released and didn't know where to go so he contacted his long time friend who's a hacker and asked him about the whereabouts of the lady thief he went to prison for in the first place. After getting to know the town she was in, he went to the town and he stopped at first bar in the small town. Then a man just walks in the bar and they started conversing, the man said to the released thief prisoner on Monday I am going to be sworn in as the new sheriff (Nigerian D. P. O). Suddenly two gangs came into the bar and a violence erupted before you could say Jack, they killed the new sheriff and the released prisoner thief in turn, killed the two gangs. As he went to bury him (sheriff) his phone rang and the prisoner answered, unfortunately it was the mayor. The mayor immediately said "Sheriff, hope I didn't catch u at a bad time bla bla bla... and the prisoner just answered as the Sheriff and from their, he assumed the identity of the sheriff. The rest they say is history. Sorry for the long boring talk. I just love the movie.
Yeah, this so true. Banshee Is an interesting series, you won't want to miss any part.. tongue

The second half of the show may return next month or the next, i.e, September/October. Meanwhile, I ain't touching the latest season until it's the complete 16 episodes. I f**king hate cliffhangers.

Guy you dunce, there is always a cliffhanger at every end of the a season so whether you like it or not you will always face cliffhangers

What you mean by the emboldened?

Nah. There are open-ended endings, and there are CLIFFHANGERs. They are not the same. Cliffhanger makes you want to tear your hairs out and scream, whilst open-ended endings albeit unsatisfactory, leaves you pondering.

I think it's much better to wait for the whole series to be shown .the first eight episode is lit .ITBD keep getting better .this is the only show I can write a story on .there is a lot to uncover. Life before azra and life after azra.with good funding the show should last two more years.

I really enjoyed season 1 and 2. It boast of the best sword fights and martial art content I've previously only seen on movies. I rue the fact that AMC extended episodes per season from the previous 10 (which was perfect for general pacing of the show) to 16. I think that would create problems going forward. It may stretch the plot thin, and invariably, create filler episodes. Remember TWD?

I don't think AMC will cancel the show until it has negotiated close to 4-5 seasons. Unlike Syfy, they're not in the habit of cancelling their principal money makers.

This is exactly why I waited for Condor (and most ongoing series I do follow) to be completed before I start watching them. Nothing grates on my nerves than mid-season temporal break which can last for months

Exactly. The big Four News Networks namely, Fox, NBC, ABC, and CBS along with basic cable services like AMC and USA network are the chief proponents of mid-season break. I mainly avoid their shows, with the notable exception of AMC (their shows have too much quality to be ignored), because of this.

I always find myself asking of what use are the mid-season breaks when they must've shot all the scenes prior to the season airing. They probably derive special joy in frustrating viewers all in the name of keeping viewers in suspense. Nonsense!!

You are right. TWD has got too many filler episode .however the other half of the show ITBD this season is necessary considering the plot at hand. In the long run i agree it will be a set back .

Are you through with succession ?.i have seen just one episode and I have downoaded six more episode ,I am just looking for a quite time to see it .

Succession is awesome. It's has Billions kinda vibe, but funnier, and more grounded. I know HBO promoted the show as a drama, but the content is more of comedy-drama. The witty innuendoes, the backstabbing, the shady maneuvering... etc, are off the hook, and will keep you on your toes.

The characters are multifaceted. Everyone has an angle, agenda, ulterior motive... you name it. From Kendall, to Greg, you'd be hard pressed to find someone to root for, which is also part of the thrill. No one is completely despicable or likeable. They come across as REAL people, y'know, the kind of people you have interaction with everyday. In fact, Succession is the sh*t. My favorite show right now.

Haha. Going on break is sometimes necessary. Long sessions call for time-outs, right? Hence, long seasons call for a little sabbatical every now and then, to recoup.

Mid-season breaks don't occur in 10-13 episodic shows.

For context, a 13 episode season take 3 months and a week to conclude, and a 10 episode show take 2 months and 2 weeks to conclude. Thus, no break is required. Efficient.

Contrastingly, a standard full 24 episodes season usually pursued by the big Four networks should take 6 months to conclude if a mid-season break doesn't occur. But due to the fact that a 24 episode season is huge, a sabbatical period of 2 months is mandatory, and usually occur after a 3 months nonstop airage. Thus, a season that would have taken 6 months to conclude will instead take 8 months to conclude. A better half of a year just to finish airing a single season. And people wonder why I'm not a fan of that format.

I'd rather go with a 10-13 episode season, a format pursued by the premium cable services namely, HBO, Starz, Epix, Audience Network, CinemaX and Showtime. Basic cable services namely, FX, Paramount Network, TNT, TBS and Syfy. Streaming services namely, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Crackle and YouTube Red.

Or

3-10 episode per season peculiar to British shows and pursued by the BBC one to four, Channel 4, ITV, E4, and Sky Atlantic.

Recently finished watching Orange Is The New Black season 6, I am so eager to see season 7 which I'm sure will be out sooner than later, same as Dynasty season 2 which will be released this year's October, I'm super excited for more melodrama and unexpected unfolding of each episode.

following power season 5 and still downloading originals season 3.

A quick one, between The Gifted and Ghosted which one is less boring? I wouldn't want to end up being bored just like I was pretty bored watching Legion. Legion was a total waste of my precious time, like what manner of cut and join series is that, I just can't wrap my head round that series. I haven't been more confused watching a movie like I was confused watching Legion.

Such display of mediocrity.
lol legion isn't for everyone, that show is an absolute gold. A bit confusing and dark but still a 9/10 for me

Season 4 finale

Strong finale. Very emotional. The Helen-Noah moment brought a smile to my face. My best season since season 1.

Me too. The only series I can remember with long-ass episodes which is enthralling despite the excessive episodes, is 24.

24 fitted the format like a glove. An event per season occurred in a day. Each episode = 1h. 24 episodes = 24 hours. Hence the name of the show, which is actually short for 24 hours.
