I can never forget some years back in Amsterdam a man was acknowledging cheers from few people and some others felt unconcerned in a farmer's market and out of curiosity I asked one farmer who was the man,he said he is the prime minister. Honestly i didt see security men around.it was then occurred to me that leadership is service not avenue to emasse wealth and ride on the citizenry. Nigeria has a long way to go but fortunately some African countries have keyed in while we still grope in the dark.

I think when the country is extra safe, a president can even trek to work but when you're presiding over a country that has many enemies or a country with deep political divide that can lead to violence then you can't afford to live like the dutch president
