I LOVE DURBAR ESPECIALLY THAT OF KANO. It's one of the events one must witness in a lifetime. It's the peak of any CARNIVAL in the NORTH. The REGALIA, the decorated HORSES, the PARADE, and above all, the CULTURE are what make a DURBAR to be a special CARNIVAL. IT IS A GRAND SHOW OF RESPECT, DIGNITY, WEALTH AND TRADITIONAL EGO blended with religious and cultural rites.
