Please stop saying what you don't know..do you know how many times I have gone for this registration?for the past 2weeks now they have not come for registration in my area and I decided to go to INEC office but still no luck.tomorrow they will say we didn't register but they did make materials available for us because they know down here no one is voting for buhari so they feel there is no need to.

Absolute figures mean nothing as population is not the same. What percentage of the population in those areas have registered? What percentage has collected the PVC?
