Apathy means unwillingness to participate, which basically means a boycott.

Now tell me, if those likely to "vote against" APC decide to keep off the polling units, how does that work against APC?

Please stop saying what you don't know..do you know how many times I have gone for this registration?for the past 2weeks now they have not come for registration in my area and I decided to go to INEC office but still no luck.tomorrow they will say we didn't register but they did make materials available for us because they know down here no one is voting for buhari so they feel there is no need to.

The reason is that most Hausa and yoruba people usually stay in thier place of birth while other people from south south and south east love moving out of thier enclaves to hustle. I'm a southern person but I live and registered in ogun state. All my houses are in the south west. you just make me laugh here saying most meaning majoritylolz thats a stupid lie.we have good numbers of yoruba in delta akwa ibom ans rivers.Anyone who doesn't speak yoruba in west you people easily say there are igbo and in real sence its less than half.Stay bless.

Where is your hometown located in Niger? What is the name? Sokoto is a little above 1 hour journey from Jega, Kebbi state, that doesn't make Sokoto a north-central state.
