Yes i wasn't,
My account got compromised and I changed my account details during that time, I was aptly informed they will restore the anomaly doing the process, truly I was paid again for June and subsequently July, but the outstanding was still uncleared.

Good day, I recently changed my name officially, but I had already been selected with my former name and my page has been confirmed already. Please how do I go about editting my profile. I don't know how long it will take to effect these changes on the portal because I have to change my bank account name also. I hope these will not affect or delay my payment in any way if the bank account name does not correspond to the one on the portal.
Secondly I just applied for a driver's licence with my new name because the IDs I have are all in my former name, I was told it will take about 2 months before it will be ready, so I will not be able to upload any ID on the portal for now. What do you suggest I do. Thanks. Awaiting your response.
P.S: I am a 2017 beneficiary.

Yes I did work during those months and I do have proof. I've scanned 3 months attendance as requested by 'SUPPORT' since MARCH 2018 and 2 LETTER OF RECOMMENDATIONS as requested, the first in November 2017 and second in March 2018. I received my first payment in APRIL 2018 and I have continued receiving payment afterwards. Everytime I call Support, the response has always been ''BACKLOGS are paid in BATCHES''. Recently Backlogs are being paid and I haven't received mine. In addition, i've been unable to select a device. The program is gradually rounding up and it'll be unfair not to get what I genuinely worked for. I hope to get a positive feedback soon. MAYOMISTEPHEN23@GMAIL.COM

Are you saying your BVN names tallies with Your NPVN profiles names, If not. Kindly note that you would have to send a detailed complaint and evidence for change of name attached to your email.
