What happened to fines , Nigerian currency is very fragile now and this is not the time to you with the FX market as it will lead to speculation and stampede in the coming days

In my own opinion i believe that gov't did the right thing,this is the result of not adhering to rules of the game.
The fx market will not be affected in anyway that cannot be managed.
Nigerian banks usually think they are above the law,but the LION KING(read;Buhari) has low tolerance level for such lawlessness.
