2 months is too early IMO, most people don't start earlier than 3 months for girls and 4 months for boys. It can be after these stated months but definitely not before, the major thing is good neck control which differs with each baby

My baby is 3weeks old and I notice she's gassy because her Tommy always grumbles and make noises during feeding and she always struggles whenever she wants to poop which always come out with force and sound though she poop 3 - 4 times within 24 HR and she's not constipated. She spits up too after every feeding. Also her breathing always look as if she has cold.. I have complained to the doctor about the later and he gave us antibiotics and vitamin c... Pls is all this normal for newborn?

When your baby can lift his head from lying on his tummy.

It very normal.
The tummy grumbling are the intestines getting used to having food in them. They're trying to figure out how to process food since these while in the tummy they didn't get to process food.
If she's gassy, it's because she's swallowing air while sucking, make sure she latches on well to avoid swallowing air which in turn will make her tummy hurt. You'll know if she makes a lot of noise while suckling that means she's most likely swallowing air. Sucking should be quiet with the occasional gurgling.

It's normal for them to spit after every feeding and is especially worse if you don't burp them or you try to play with them immediately after feeding. Burp (Google the many positions cos some babies prefer one to another) and try not to move her too much after every feeding.

Most newborns breathe like they have a cold.
Remember they are learning every single thing. My son used to widen all his eyes as a baby, I think he was trying to see the world and was amazed but back then I was so scared of him always shining his eyes. He of course outgrew it even before he clocked 6m
Unless your baby has a running or blocked nose, sneezes, coughs or chokes, all your Dr had to do was check her lungs to see if all was well. He shouldn't have prescribed antibiotics without some tests as antibiotics shouldn't be taken lightly especially for an exclusively breastfed 3 weeks old baby.
Many moms complain of this funny breathing and if it is checked and found to be nothing, it goes away.

In fact eh.. .

Pls tell me how to stop it cos I don't know what to do. Thanks

Unsolicited Advice.

Yes, I know we are sometimes in a hurry to see our babies reach milestones upon milestones.
Even without any training, these babies will reach those milestones.
Did you teach them to latch?
Did you teach them to roll over on the bed?
Did you teach them to smile when they see you?
Did you teach them to dance when they hear music?
Don't rob them of discovering the world and how it works by themselves.
You wanting them to reach their milestones so quickly are why you'll get frustrated if they don't crawl, walk, talk or teeth on time because those are things you absolutely have no control over.

If you put a 2-3m to sit, she will topple, what happens if she hits her head hard just before you reach her? Please read up on Balls Palsy and see what kids face when they hit their head too often.
At 5-6m the baby has a sense of balance and good neck control, she will throw her hands out to catch herself and will try to adjust. If you put a 5m old to sit for the first time, there is little likelihood of toppling which in turn will reduce accidents.
Putting your child to sit in 2-3m will not assure you of crawling o, you've not seen babies that will rather drag their butts than crawl.
Your baby crawling instead of walking is actually strengthening his wrist in preparation for writing, studies have shown that babies that crawl longer have better hand/finger grip.

Some babies are naturally fast, some take their sweet time. Study your baby's temperament and personality.
When your baby lifts his head from lying in a tummy position, play games that will encourage neck control. Hang toys above his crib that will make him want to reach and grab. From raising his neck, he moves on to using his hands to support himself in order to stay in that position for longer, he learns all those by himself.

If you're looking for what to teach him, these are some cognitive speech games you can help him with and their relevance as he grows. You can even start from 3-4m old but be patient as he will need constant practice to get it.
-open your mouth. You lead by example and open your mouth. Relevance is when feeding begins by 6m, you say open your mouth or say ahhhhh and your baby knows he has to open his mouth too. Or when it comes to taking drugs, he responds straight away and swallow before he knows what's up. It also is relevant in mouth washing or brushing.
-close your mouth. Lips tight. For when the mouth opening sessions begin.
-close your eyes, put hands our your eyes. Comes in handy when you're washing his face as he grows up. Also play peekaboo with him. I see you, then I don't! (in a sing-song voice can turn a tantrum around into giggles)
- stick out your tongue. Knowing body parts and also for cleaning the tongue.
Once sitting has been achieved,
-clap your hands.
-say hello (waving hands)
-say bye (waving hands)
-hands up and down (both arms up and down as instructed). For changing clothes and during bathing.
Use that opportunity to also incorporate words like "where is mama?" here I am!
Where is...... (maybe toy name, objects around TV แบน house or his own name), here it is!
Even before he speaks, his vocabulary is building in his head. Because they hear and understand before they speak.

This long epistle is let you take a chill pill and let these kids discover their world in their own pace.
Then you may help if they have passed the age range for the milestones and are still found wanting, but a confident child will always be eager to explore and won't be afraid to try again even when he fails.
Some babies even go straight from lying on their tummy to raising themselves up and folding their knees straight to sitting, for me that trumps putting a child to sit.

At the end of the story, all mallam to his kettle.

Please my baby has been battling with small small boil for the past 2 months. This is the fourth time in 2 months. I'm tired of this thing. I think it itches her, sometimes it makes her so cranky and fussy.

The first time, they said its chicken pox after testing her blood, the three more times, they just think its reaction, and they're always prescribing antibiotics ampiclox).
My mum, mil and two other people thinks it's 'alefo', she said its normal for chubby babies. Not that my baby is so chubby like that, she's average size.

I'm tired of giving her antibiotics. What can I do to stop it.

As in the pic, There are a few of this on her arms and legs too. One or two on her back and stomach.
