I would totally not believe what online forums says, simply due to the fact that saboteurs usually pose to discredit competition. Some might be real user experiences, not outrightly discounting that.....

When I bought my Umidigi Z1 Pro, Umidigi C Note and Umidigi G...... The comments online were very negative, I still went ahead with my purchase.

I did not experience any of the complains on my 3 umidigi devices....

The only issue I had was OTA updates bricking the Z1 Pro. I managed to fix 2 bricks myself and had to seek external assistance for the last brick.....

I never update via OTA and all devices are stable......

They've taken the thread down. The phone is relatively new so i'm wondering how many people on the forum already own one

Not a pro at all. Prior to me unbricking it, I had never flashed a phone before....

If I can do it, you also can....

The ROMs are available through Umidigi Community forum......

For style, I would select Umidigi. For spec comparison, the xiaomi has SD variants.

If you are an SD fan, xiaomi is your call.....

A couple of people I know that bought the Z1 Pro, never had bricking issues....

MTK or SD, does not matter to me personally.... But some people prefer SD......

They are getting better at testing OTA's, prior to pushing them out.....

To get a balanced perspective and authority for criticism, best to have a personal feel + experience........

If I am to criticise a product, I would not base it solely on other peoples experience.....

Reading reviews is good, but the same way some are not happy, others are very pleased with their purchase.....

I'm not criticizing the product and i don't know why you jump to conclusions like a woman being cheated on.
I was trying to figure out what that umi forum was for coz it didn't seem like people were sharing anything asides complaints there.

... OK..... I guess I owe it to u guys...
Let me just summarise.... Its an excellent phone. I just have an issue with the earphone jack...... It keeps playing out loud from the speakers when I plug it. The speed is flagship make.... It hasn't hanged. I haven't noticed it over heating maybe cuz I hvnt really played any top notch game..... It comes with a silicon pack which I really like d feel, the fingerprint is the best I hv tried.... I still can't get glo 4g network, probably cuz there is none in my hood. But the 3g is pretty fast (1.2mb/sec) atleast.... I first noticed the camera output was a little bit dark but I did rectify it by increasing the exposure......


Shout out to my tecno Y6, which never gave me any reason to visit a phone shop for years...
