Correctly identifying the origin of the dress worn by Mr A or Mr B does NOT mean 'tribal discrimination'- or whatever that means.
I wonder why "identity" worries the average Nigerian man. The Scot will wear his Kilt and proudly identify as Scottish- and the Welsh and English will go on with their business. The Welsh will speak their language and show their dragon and the Scottish and English will admire. The English will tell us they are from St George- and no one fights or quarrels them.

But the average Nigerian? So petty. How does correctly identifying ones ethnic identify amount to "discrimination" to the average Nigerian? Should we pretend that these diverse identifies do not exist?
