Children born with HIV and without immediate diagnosis and prompt commencement of treatment have a poor prognosis and can die in the first decade of life.It's quite difficult to believe that he was born with HIV and lived until 25 especially living a life that included smoking and alcohol consumption instead of a healthy lifestyle. But then again it should not any of our business what someone decides to do with his private sexual life.

One of the arrested suspects, a 20-year-old man identified as James Brown told journalists they were attending a birthday party and that he is not a homosexual. 

The young man who said he is a dancer - told journalists during the parade in Lagos, that he disclosed to the police that he is HIV positive and yet they arrested him and labelled him gay even though he was at the night club to perform.

When asked how he contacted HIV, he said that he got from birth (through his mother). 

The young man said; “I went there to work and get paid. The party was on Saturday and it is (was) meant to be overnight. I was arrested and have been denied to even take my drugs which is for medical reasons.”

James Brown also said that they were about 25 girls at the birthday venue but the police left them to arrest the guys and labelled them gays. He said he regrets the day he was born in this country.

How do gays look like?

Police can cook up stories. They're heartless liars. I remembered on day like that we saw a woman selling our scrapped packaging products. I called my boss immediately. Out of the urgency of the matter, my boss and his friend packed along d road. Unfortunately, police patrol vehicle double-crossed them for illegal packing. While trying to narrate what led to that to them, the woman I caught ran away. The police arrested us instead and twisted the story that my boss used the door of his vehicle to hit an imaginary okada guy which they rushed to the hospital. We were all surprised at their concocted lies. We now asked the DPO that we will call the hospital mentioned(which happened to be our Company's hospital. That's how the DPO threw away the case. From the guy's statement, I can confidently say that the guys are not holding any gay party.

So because he's HIV + he should automatically be on a death watch and suspends ALL life activities till he is dead?
He went to a party because he is a Dancer according to his statement or should he not source for a living because of his status?
Be mindful what you say,ANYBODY can be HIV + and it is not a death sentence and trying to make a living is not a crime and moreover being HIV + and being an AIDS Patient is NOT one and the same thing..
