Some of the parties involved in the concession exercise are accusing NIWA of flouting court orders and disregarding ministerial directives on cancellation of the entire process.Stupid Zoogerian Governments.. Igbos let's get sense in this contraption of a fraudulent forced union. Because it's Onitsha in Anambra State in Southern Eastern Nigeria there has to/must be excuses to not carryout the project.. |

However this thing is concluded Federal Character must be respected. I cite example with ASPAMDA in Lagos, which was concessioned based on Federal Character. Also Kaduna Inland Port was concessioned based on Federal character. Onitsha Inland Port must not be different. |

If I were to guess who won bid it would be Oranto and Inland Containers Terminals Ltd since the paper said 2 companies won bid. The disqualification of ITC seems like an issue of improper filing. The court will settle issue. I just want know for sure who won this bid for sure. The four shortlisted bidders according to documents made available to Vanguard Maritime Report, include Inland Containers Terminals Limited, currently running the Kaduna Inland Container Depot, Elysium Consortium, International Trading Company, ITC, and Oranto Petroluem owned by one Prince Author Eze. |

ExpiredNigeria:Hehehehehe ![]() See how Kaduna port was completed and is now operating smoothly with everyone grinning from ear to ear with satisfaction, but when it comes to a federal project in the south-east, all you hear is story, excuses and challenges! ![]() You see how the Kaduna airport was completed on schedule and within a few weeks, and is now running int'l operations? Now turn the page to the issue of AIIA-Enugu, and you have the aviation minister of state (visiting the so called int'l airport a few weeks back for first time since being appointed minister in 2015) reeling out a catalogue of woes and challenges facing the airport that prevents it from operating optimally....problems which still persist today as we speak! The airforce (or army...can't remember which one) is occupying a spot that prevents the expansion of the airports operations. Governor Ugwuanyi has offered them another even bigger location someplace else, but guess what.....you guessed right ....they've refused to budge! You couldn't make it up! ![]() |

Most of the commenters didnt even read the story. Its funny you can tell by the vague platitudes. No mention of ICT case, FG's response to claim, or the various details about cocession. The mystery is which 2 firms won the concession. mapet: |

Xander85:I don't want to hear anything about Enugu airport after the malfeasance of Stella Oduah as Aviation minister. She was in power and had every opportunity in the world to upgrade that airport to world class standard and left an embarrassing mess behind sinking billions with no result to show. |

Hmmmm Process appeared to be running smoothly up until ICT messed it up despite its arrays of partners- state govt and private concerns. The usual Lilliputians have stated blaming the FGN. Some are going to blame Amaechi. And of course others will blame Britain as usual for the amalgamation. There are two ways to sabotage a process, physical and spiritual. The evil mindsets of this crooked tribe is enough to sabotage any good intention. I blame PMB for wanting to uplift them with the last drop of his strength. |
