I am trying to login to my Namecheap cpanel but it's denying me access saying my IP has changed. Tried to get in touch with their customer care for like a day now but it hasn't been possible. Has anybody experienced similar problem with before and how was it solved?

Nigerian ISP especially MTN offers Dynamic IP to their subscribers which tends to change from time to time.
This leads to various issues with some Cpanel.

I will advise you to use free vpn services, Tunnel Bear should do the 'job'.

I find working on Cpanel via phone pointless though.

yup damn sure, the current i.p you might be using might be blacklisted or something it has happened to me, make sure u login on p.c

It's not blacklisted, most Nigerian ISP offers dynamic IP address which Cpanel doesn't like for security reasons.
If the IP is blacklisted he will not have access to the Cpanel login page.
