2. You must be physically present in Canada for at least 730 days - 2yrs (cumulatively not necessarily concurrently) over 5yrs to maintain your permanent residence status.

Work with the name on her passport. I'm sure that's also the name on her birth certificate. WES will indicate in their report that 'name on credential is different from name on ID' or something like that. If i were you, I would send WES a one and same person certificate. However whether they get affidavit or not they'll still indicate that clause in their report.

At point of submitting E-APR certificate should be accompanied by affidavit (and LOE if you like - changing Ose to Osa is a very common error since Osa (bini) is the more popular language).

Good morning house, please for someone who did his first 3 years in a Nigerian University (unilag) butt transferred to and completed his last 2years course in elect elect in a university in d UK, how does he go about evaluating his degree such that he will get maximum points for it? I'm guessing he will have to add d transcript from his Nigerian University but do u think he will also be asked for confirmation of WAEC result?

Please this is very wrong. He/she can send their transcript them self. Wes allows for this as long as envelope has not been opened by op. Op just ensure envelope is sealed with school's stamp across envelope flap.
Please read WES FAQ for confirmation.

Well, to be on a safer side, I'd advise you still do gift deed if applicable, or LOE.

You probably didn't meet the 67/100 points eligibility. Read more on that from www.cic.gc.ca.

Remember your transcripts for this process must be addressed to WES from the school and not your student copy. Be careful to use the school's address too when you are sending it via DHL not your own address

I have one year of experience in Accounting field (NYSC) and 3 years work experience in Document Control, I have Bsc in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance option), and rounding up with my ACCA.

Administrative Assistant
Record Management Technician ( which may require Bsc in IT or Management Technology)

I read conflicting response to your request. I would advise you get another copy for WES to be safe because the transcripts you got for your masters would be addressed to the school you intended to send it to. Unless, Wes accepts transcripts that are not addressed to them directly... they don't!

The question was simply centered on the possibility of sending the transcript he obtained for for his/her master he had with him? And you advise such person to go ahead.
Is is possible to obtain transcript for a Masters program, collected it by hand and kept it with you and end up not opening it? Your guess is as good as mine.
Years ago, after graduation from school, I immediately requested for my transcript with the sole am of keeping it with me to at least have my grades scores officially with me, on the day of dispatch, my school insisted that it must be addressed to an institution (school, organization etc). So, I had to opt for a neighboring school address before I could collect it by hand after much plea. Since then, I had requested for transcript more than five times for different purposes. Why didn't I send the one addressed to the neigbouring school I have with me?
It is obvious that it's not correct and not official as how do you send document addressed to Jumia to Konga?
How much more when WES have its unique requirements that it is on their website. So this is what informed my advice, as I placed myself in his position having been there before. That was why I also referred him to WES website, because after seeing those requirements, he/she will be be well informed on what exactly to do.
Again, let's not be quick to attack people's position as we are all here trying to help each other with love. As I won't gain anything misleading anyone.
