Ballmer:
Indeed you know not a thing about politics. Only fools in politics will make the submission you made.
AND you are not a fool? I believe opinions shouldn't be the same.

APC can not withstand the test of time. The party is too polarized and disharmonious. Unfortunately, little or nothing is being done to address the internal crisis bedeviling it.

One thing I know is that, even if APC wins next year's election, Oshiomole is going to be taught a bitter lesson.
Shouting up and down doing gra gra is not how to be a party chairman

It appears direct primary will be fairer and much more transparent. Anyone who professes to be a progressive should be in support of Oshiomole in this quest.

If possible, INEC should get her acts reviewed to compel all other political parties to adopt direct primary.
you forgot that nothing if fair in Nigeria, they will still share money to get support, abeg Nigeria politics.

The direct primary is the grand plot by the APC to rig election in the favour of the party.
It is possible for the party to have direct primary for its gubernatorial election nomination process and claim that unverified 2 million party members vote for party selected candidate and they will work towards achieve the deceptive figure in the general election.
and what's stopping pdp from doing their own direct primaries and declaring '500 million" votes for themselves?

jagaban has been opened to having a direct primary in lagos and he doesn't show supporting ambode for a 2nd time. some policies of previous govt were overhauled by ambode. eg waste management, land use charge and some cronies of jagaban were believed to have been sidelined... lets wait and see if direct primaries will be adopted...mind you. this isnt an era where delegates will be bribed and hosted to a room in a hotel and fed..all members will vote in an open ballot and choose there representatives so it will eradicate bribery..

Okay.....

Now I get your point

But Bribery can never be eradicated. I mean if they could buy votes during a gubernatorial election, then doing it during direct primary is no rocket science

The party national chairman should not bother about the influenced chairmen ranting..the party must stand on direct primary to produce best contestants.. It is the best option
