as for SE okorocha, ouk are the only politicians that are loved most out of their region with the liberal politics they adopted which other SE leaders lacks, umahi tried to adopt that too but the cry of igbos that he's associating with buhari caged his political extension out of east


having said that, there is no how PDP can win sw if they don't pick VP from southwest, just because they maintained VP in the incumbent govt. you don't expect them to vote for non southwesterners and leave their own behind but now that PDP special adviser had successfully advised them it's a win win for PDP and southwest in general


now APC would start getting scared now that PDP have their candidate zoned to the same area APC candidate came from.


at the end in 2019 southwest has nothing to loose. this is what I called foresight politics

Wrong move for PDP should SE not get VP slot.it may interest PDP that most votes coming in from SW as opposition are predominantly from igbos. Any miscalculation that lead to igbos to leave pdp would naturally become a plus to APC

The report doesn't sound watertight. If PDP can't consolidate on their hold in the East by picking an Easterner as VP, then they've nailed their own coffin with their own hands.

The East is the most literate part of the country and will give PDP a bloody nose if their support is taken for granted. They are not daft.

I suspect some elements working for APC within PDP wants to push them to make the mistake of sidelining the East and then allow them to crumble. Easterners are not zombies oo.

These delegates will be the ones to vote the President.

If PDP present a good candidate, NC might give them 60percent.other two zones will be the battle ground.
SW would have their votes lockdown for APC ,still PDP might get about 20percent.

Electoral College is still based on Population, States with higher population has more college electors...e.g California has 50,Florida has 29 while some states have 8 and 10

I don't believe this. But if true then APGA and APC should get ready to push out all PDP governors in the South-East to dislodge the myth that PDP has the east on lockdown. PDP needs to be buried in the South-East for good so that other parties can truly stand.

East need to learn extension politics. fayose is loved by Igbo's just because of this political extension, even jimi agbaje is loved by them. southwest politicians surely know the game of politics except some few who are not interested in national politics
