True. I remember several years ago (I think in 2005 or 2006) while I was in UNIBEN, I dialled that emergency number thinking it wouldn't go through. Lo and behold, someone picked up the call within a few seconds and asked what the problem was. I was afraid. I lied and told him there was a fire incident somewhere in Benin, but it had been put under control. Since then, I never dared dial the number again.
