at the Ogudu section of the Alapere/Oworosoki expressway. Direct Construction Nig
Ltd to reclaim and develop into what we have today as“THEAVENUE”. The location is strategic and the most convenient connecting point between the mainland
Lagos and the Island Lagos,offering the best of both worlds, serene and
secured. 46 Units of 4 Bedroom Semi Detached houses with 1 Bedroom Boys Quarter, mini
