We have been saying it since Wenger experimented it. Both strikers worked for each other especially Lacazette, they rotated positions and ensured there was a striker in the box at all times. I don't care who drops to the bench, Torreria needs to start against Newcastle. As for our defense, it looks worse than last season so far and the goalkeeping corundum only makes the situation more terrifying.

Xhaka is no DM nor is he good enough in an attacking sense.Arsenal can’t afford to rely on Xhaka in a two man midfield because he’s not reliable in terms of possessing the ball under pressure.He’s used as a DM so that he won’t have to be relied upon heavily in attack.All he can do is pass the ball upfield and nothing much apart from that.So since he’s not good in defense or good in attack what should we do?Sell him!

Auba at RW will not work.This is against Cardiff which is a real candidate for relegation.Against a top team any decent RB shuts him down easily.Why are we trying to shoehorn them both in one team?Their best position is CF and no other position.I hate seeing us doing the same thing but expect different results.

Now there’s absolutely zero penetration from RW and LW due to Auba and Ozil respectively.Its my opinion.I don’t buy into this playing them together thing because so know it won’t work and today is only a sign of things to come.Also don’t forget it’s against potential relegation candidates Cardiff.

Auba was poor.If Gervinho gave his performance today people will be calling for his head.He was bad and if he hadn’t scored I’d have called his performance average.Was also bad on the wing under Wenger but stats covered up for him.I mean what kind of team do we have?Players placed in wrong positions all over the pitch and we expect them to do well.I didn’t see anything which tells me I’ll be wrong.

I’d easily start Welbeck,Iwobi,Nelson and Mkitaryan over Auba at RW not because they are world class but because they offer more.Face the truth that it should be one of Auba or Laca not both.

Quite alright, Auba or laca will likely score any goal scoring chance around the box but that won't blind me, Giroud flicked many balls that lead to our goals, welbeck flicked similar for Auba last year and that isn't a biggie among forward players..

We lacked creativity, mhicky was missed, our final third was dull,unlike our first 3 games where we created tones of chances.

No, it won't work, neither of them can do a thiery on the ball, Henri excelled in a 2 forward formation because he can fall deep, get the ball,run at defenders,bully them with height, shoot with either foot from any angle and and as well create chances...

I doubt either of the 2 could do half that job..

This isn't 1999 football,The use of fast,creative and goal scoring wingers is the in thing amongst the big and succesful football clubs

Auba clearly had a below average game aside from the beautiful goal,Iwobi and michy would have faired better.

I noticed pep started Aguero/Jesus against the castles, but was quick to sub off one of them for a winger when the result wasn't going his way.

If you must play two CF, then you should have flying wingers and two very good CMs with ability to defend and pass the ball effortlessly e.g Modric and Kante but you don't have such quality wingers in Arsenal so, playing 2 CFs is like harming yourself...

Guendozi's left arm is enough to sweep Auba away off the ball, , IGWE was complete and blessed with all attributes required of a striker.

Maybe Emery intends to slowly ease him into the team. In any case Torreira's performance so far should see him start games; but along with Xhaka in place of Guendouzi. The kid is very talented and has the potential to be a great midfielder one day but he lacks positional discipline at the moment.
