Another Igbo killed. It's always Igbo, Hausa-Fulani, SS and Middle belt officer or soldier that dies. You will never hear of an afonja dying. Are they in the military? These are the people people that claim to love this One Nigeria so much but will never sacrifice for her. The Army generals need to sit down and address this issue.
Shut up.
My brother sister in law lost her dear husband to Boko Haram in Maiduguri. Major Akinola from Ondo State.
The man willingly(I used the word willingly because he cld have pretended still sick or not fit after the first attempt to his precious life) sacrificed his life for Nigeria. Boko Haram attacked him in Yobe...Boko Haram thought he had died and left him. This man was flown to National Hospital in Abuja from there to India where he spent 2yrs because he was butchered. When he recovered in India. He came to Nigeria and he was again tranfered to Maiduguri where he was finally killed leaving behind aged parents, his wife and young two daughters.
Another yoruba that I knew was Uncle Lekan's brother.
A man that struggled to be educated. He wanted medicine but was given microbiology at the Obafemi Awolowo University. After the completion of his microbiolgy degree, he applied for medicine for the second time. He was given and spent some years at the same University whereas his mates had finished serving Nigeria and working. He was still there struggling. After he completed his medicine degree. He worked in Georges Hospital in FHA, Lugbe( where I actually knew him)....then along the line he got a job with the Nigerian Police and was tranferred to Maiduguri. He was killed in Maiduguri by Boko Haram leaving behind aged parents, a young wife and kids. His name was Dr Boboye Kolawole.
These two I knew...there are many 'Afonjas' that are dead and many are still there fighting.

He was probably KIA from another ops. We appreciate his service.

17 were wounded in action but we in the field do not know about their current condition. They've been evacuated for immediate treatment.

RIP hero.

Notice that they send Middle Belt and Southerners to fight Boko Haram and Fulani's to murder unarmed IPOB.

This I think is a smart way to restrict non-fulani's in the Army

All the soldiers being killed are men. It's high time the JTFs stop being sexist and ignorant -women should be deployed to fight Boko Haram.

Boko Haram is a treat to all Nigerians not only men. Men can't be getting killed everyday while women are deployed to barracks to apply makeup and fvck top bosses.

BIAFRONIGERIAN:
Tribalism outside, why is it that no full blooded Yoruba soldier have been reported dead or missing in this fight against terrorismhuh
The Igbo's are treated as 2nd class Nigerians yet they register the highest casualty in the fight to protect Nigeria's sovereignty and Nigerians.

I suspect betrayal and treachery in this one Nigeria project undecided
They're not good enough to be president....only good enough to stop boko bullets! Any Igbo man that dies for Nigeria (esp' in the NE) is a fool!
Re: Photos Of Nigerian Soldier Killed In Boko Haram Attack by Heffalump(m): 1:14pm On Sep 05, 2018
Buhari is sacrificing SS and SE soldiers on the alter of Boko haram war. The Army top command knew exctly what they are doing. A certain group of soldiers from some regions have been pushed to the battle front where it rages. Why are the Northern men in the Army, who are actually more in number not exposed these days? They took virtually the major share in the military but are clever not to push their people upfront to fight this war so as to escape bullets! something is smelling undecided

A typo is a spelling mistake. Strangely, there weren't any spelling mistakes in what you wrote - just that it did not make sense. Your grammar was atrocious.

A lot of our youths have mental issues.

But I don't blame them though, our leaders have through their actions rewired their psyche negatively that they see their fellow Nigerians through tribalism lens.

But, once we analyze the situation objectively, its apparent that both Muslim and Christian Soldiers from the North, East and West and South of Nigeria are killed daily and Boko-Haram doesn't care about your tribe.

Our main enemies are the greedy Generals that send soldiers daily to the front to die without adequate support, intelligence, weaponry and motivation. I know of a friend whose elder brother from the North-west served in Maiduguri for 3 years continuously without rotation. When I inquired why, he said that many officers were scared of being posted to Maiduguri and influenced their postings if they could E.g. those from rich and influential households). Thank God he was finally posted to the South South.

When a situation degenerates to the extent that there is mutiny among soldiers, a captain leading his men to commit mutiny because they weren't well armed and their allowances weren't paid on time, it speaks volumes. Till now, no investigation has been carried out by the presidency into the allegation of these soldiers. Instead, they were imprisoned.

I am very sure that should APC loose next years general elections, we would be assailed by news of corruption among our generals. I am very sure that it would even be worse than it was under Jonathan's regime.

So, my fellow youths. Let us stop the tribal e-bashing. Our real enemies are our greedy leaders mortgaging our future while securing those of their spoilt kids. Sending the children of nobodies to die while their kids are shpping in the best clothing stores in Europe.

It's really painful...that sometimes I question the motives of God behind sending me to Nigeria in the first place.

RIP Soldier. I wouldn't say you died for nothing. You just gave your life for a country you believed in while our elders fed fat on our collective suffering. Sleep well Brave one
