LLT simply means law lecture theater, very easy to locate.
DLC - Distance learning center, I guess that is outside UI campus.

DLC 1500 hall is very far oh, Atleast #300 bike or #150 car or bus would take U there. u dont need to worry yourself everything are well in order at ui when u get to the main gate. when u reach gate get car or bike directly to ur destination anywhere. the problem with DLC centres is that u are going to trek with ur leg coming back after exam no bikle nor car. happy exam.

Our 400level class is at the faculty. Just take a bike or cab going to vet medicine from the main gate

It's somehow if you're coming from second gate As a first timer.

But from the main gate, take a cab to anatomy. Then ask for biochemistry from there

Getting to DLC wouldn't be a problem.
Just take a cab from the school gate, tell them you're going to DLC at Sasha, should be #150 or so.
But then if you're staying on campus there's a possibility that MSSN would provide free transportation to the venue (different venues even), you can take advantage of this too- I did that last year.

Shalom.

I will be coming from Ojoo/Orogun axis and you know there will be an heavy traffic at the main gate.. thats why I ask of the second gate.
Are there always bike men at the second gate?

Once you enter through the second gate, keeping walking till you get to a t junction (you must have gone past Ui waters by then. Turn left and you'll be walking straight up to biochemistry

English tips.

Misspellings (words commonly misspelled)

Visit https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/spelling/common-misspellings

Use of Is/are/was/were - to fill in the gap for one person, two, you and someone together, someone before yourself or you before the person.

“The Head of State and Head of Government is here.” Is different from "The Head of State and the Head of Government are here.“

Get Invincible Teacher for final revision.

Antonyms and Synonyms too.

I remember they asked something on *Supercilious* and then one snake being *Harmful* synonyms or so I can't recall.

Just know some words in Dico a bit.

Literature, poems:

Bat,
Naked Soles,
An African Thunderstorm,
The Journey of the Magi,
End of the War,
Give me the Minstrel's seat,
To his Coy Mistress,
Sonnet,
In the Navel of Soul,
Heritage of Liberation

Drama

Romeo and Juliet,
Sons and Daughters

Prose

The Joys of Motherhood;

The Old Man and the Medal; (take note of some Camerounian words or sayings here. They are asterisk'ed at the bottom of the page with their english equivalent.)

Nineteen Eighty Four: 1984.

Government:

Read wide. Know what Sine Die means. Some military Juntas, their year, some significant things they did or they did not.

*Who made SMC, year.
*Who made AFRC, year.
Or who changed one to the other.

Political development. Political parties for a particular year. Like recognise them. The ones that were registered for such year.

*what body conducted what election.

ETC.

NB: This is to disclaim anyone who would quote me and say I said these are what will surely come out. They are just hints or guide. And I don't work in a capacity or place to know what question would be set or is set already.

If I were a Science Student, would have dropped hints too. Please bear with the Use-of-English.

Best of luck.

Semi-final tips.

This composition is for Science student but Arts and Commercial can take one or two things from it.

Some people still haven't come to grip with themselves UI won't allow calculators. You better come to terms with that.

I believe anyone who wants to write UI post-UTME next week should be done reading by now. Cause there is virtually nothing to read again.

This week is a revision week, and should be expended on time management. It's a mock week as well, if we all still remember what 'mock exam' is.

Physics for many is very hard while for others, it is cheapay.

Yea.

-Just do the subject you know very well first,
-Or the one that would be easy for you,
-And won't take much of your time,
-At least 30 to 45 seconds on 1 question,
-Skip the one you don't understand or grab what the question is talking about easily from/at first read,
-Move to the next, once you read a question, You'll be able to know whether it is simple and you can answer it,
-If otherwise, move to the next question in no time.
-When done with those you are sure of, go back to the ones you left undone, and start turning your head over those ones.
-Try as much as possible to attempt all questions or subject.
-If you waste time on Maths alone or Physics and leave Chemistry and English undone, you've virtually failed, (this is not a fact, so don't quote me anywhere).
-So you have just 1week left to time yourself 30 seconds per question, know which one you can answer easily from this week.
-If Use-of-english won't take more than 15minutes or less to answer the 25 questions,
-Then, how many can you take in answering 25 Chemistry questions? 15minutes too or less?
-Then if you are able to use just 30minutes on 50 English and Chemistry questions, You have 1hr for physics and Maths. And Count that 1hr as just 45minutes.

If you're going to use real time (wall-clock, wristwatch) to test your readiness. Give yourself 45minutes for 100 questions. But if Stopwatch, 1hr. University of Ibadan's time is like stopwatch. Even some guru's would finish before exhausting the time given. So be sincere with your timing at home this week and you'll be happy at the end you did.

For my bosses who all have been bombarding one another with questions on here, it's time to make use of your Cue-dependent memory or Recall. You must be able to recall that argument you had with someone here on a particular question or what correction Rursh pointed out or what EngrBello said to be the perfect answer to 'Chem157' question. You've scored yourself cheap marks if you happen to come across such question on D-day.

Final tips in one week's time.

My email is still adefemi.george@yahoo.com for personal questions, while UI helpdesk or admission office numbers for anything relating to school and registration Ui.edu.ng

Bye for now.
