Good day all, please who knows about this issue should please help me.

Two months ago I got credit alert of 30,000 from FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL

I assumed it was the balance of my state allowee of NYSC that I was not paid before I passed out, because they owed me 4months of state allowee payment of 10,000 a month so I didn't think anything of it.

Yesterday afternoon I got another alert from the source again FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL
but this time it was 34,000naira which is clearly in excess of the money I was owed by the state hospital so I was shocked this time.

Please who knows what is
FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL??
Is it a payment from a federal account?
I am worried because I have already spent about 10,000 from the prior payment because of my wrong assumption so I dunno if I did something wrong. I don't know the meaning of that source that sent the money if you have any idea please help me out and also please advice me on what to do.
