A website is not opening and the hostting provider said that the files have some interference problem. and it advise me to delete the files and if that is done it means that the website logo , contents and file will have to be deleted which i do not want. so i want who can help restore it back. if you can kindly email me now at sainsaglobalresources@yahoo.co.uk i want it done within 7 hours from now. budget for this is from 0-10k naira. |

SAINSA:Here's a quick solution, zip the entire folder and download locally. Then delete the whole folder from the server. Upload afresh the downloaded zip folder and unzip. If that doesn't fix it, that means it's a technical error. More details would have been great as it might be an issue with the htaccess file or some programming error. |

SAINSA:next time , since you were not able to gain access to your site directly from admin dashboard, try to go into your hosting cpanel, if using wordpress, go to the wordpress folder and try to change some of the plugin folder inside and try your site to see if it works. do this one by one by changing each plugins folder. this way you will detect the plugin that is causing the issue. doing this may have resolved the issue for you as 90 percent of the time wordpress plugin usually cause issues. |
