Another political gimmick from Uba, his stadium and hotel are in different stages of abandonment now he will start a university that will be abandoned.
Ifeanyi Uba and abandoned projects, he want to hoodwink Anambra South to believe he has their interest at heart, he has but he should endeavor to complete these projects he is littering everywhere with.
I don't know why he is always venturing into politic which i know he is not good at!. He can be like Dangote or even more if he can concentrate in his businesses!

This is impressive but it's also very disturbing. I doubt if there are areas map out for parks and gardens in this expansive neighbourhood. The government will sit back and watch this turn to another Lagos. The roads must the narrow like typical Anambra roads, no zones for business parks and recreational activities, everything is built up from East to West.
That's not awada but Ibollo layout Obosi.

I love Ifeanyi Uba as a businessman, i hate his dabbling into politics, the same thing that ruined Abiola. Another disturbing person is Uche Oga and ABC Transport, i hate seeing successful Igbo businessmen join politics.

There is nothing wrong with businessmen entering politics but they always put up mediocre performances. The same way Peter obi was a failure in government. All they think about is how to make excessive profits from that political business without striving to leave real development behind. Okoroawusa is another example.

The Anglican cathedral in Onitsha.

Anyone else notice how solid and durable construction jobs were in the 50s and 60s?

Obiano is working tirelessly to make sure history is rewrote. Now he is directing all traffic to Aguleri. The last time he shared N20m to Anambra traditional rulers Aguleri got N100 because they have 5 different traditional rulers, from Idigo to Chukwuemeka Eri to other warrant Chiefs.

Now they are telling the world Nri is inferior to them, Anambra State government is now sponsoring Chukwuemeka Eri to tour USA and the Caribbean in the name of being aka ji ofo Igbo.

When I said I dislike Obaino because of his clannish disposition many thinks I'm just being political. Obaino is educated version of Buhari, his Aguleri people first before others.
They have forced ABS to be airing documentary that Aguleri is the home of the progenitor of the Igbo race, Nri have been discarded, Igboukwu where the evidence was unearthed have been discarded... Now Aguleri is the new home of Igbos.

Obaino should know he is not ruling forever, and as long as majority Igbos are concern Aguleri is not the home of the Igbo race, Obaino and his band of Aguleri noisemakers should continue with their folly.

Then where is the home of the Igbo race if not Aguleri? Yoruba are very united today because they all claim one origin and one home town which are Oduduwa and Ile Ife but, only Igbo will claim multiple origins and different places of origin and you expect our next generation not to be more confused than us due to multiple histories.

Your peter obi authorized the building of that market. He collected bribe from the market executives through his uncle who was SA on parks and markets, and allowed them to build the illegal market.

Stop talking nonsense. You mean the same Peter Obi that went to court with the market executive and federal inland waters authority when the later sold the land to the former.

THE FOUNDATION LAYING OF IFEANYI UBAH UNIVERSITY (IUU)

Date.... 15th September 2018
Time..... 10am
Venue..... Ifeanyi Ubah games village. Nnewi /Ozubulu

IFEANYI UBAH UNIVERSITY (IUU) IN PERSPECTIVE

This is the executive summary of the proposed university written by
Obunadike O Obunadike esq.

1. The proposed university will be located at Nnewi, Nigeria, on an area of land that is suitable & adequate for a university of international standing. This is essentially to allow for the accommodation of all vital facilities required for a hitch-free take-off of academic, housing & ancillary services.

2. The structure of the University campus is set to present an environment with unique placement of functions & activities, with enhanced way of finding & integration of events.

3. At the entrance of the University, a major dual carriage road will take off at the gate, forming an axis that runs through & terminates at the Senate building (administrative complex). This complex & the area around it will form the focal point of the entire campus plan.

4. The sports & recreational zone is utilized here as a buffer zone to shield any possible noise that will affect administrative complex & academic district.

5. Behind all these structures is a greenbelt that will further aid in shielding the entire campus from intrusive neighbourhood clatter. The students' hostels in this scheme are placed between the administrative complex & the staff residential quarters, while at the same time adjoining the academic complex for easier flow of students to classes.

6. The staff residential quarters are also consciously located to afford the University staff the desired quiet zone while also providing the avenue to superintend the hostels.

7. Within the East-end of the campus lies the business district providing the entire campus a Central Area for shopping, banking & other activities away from academics.

More details would be coming in due course.

Support the emancipation of IGBO economy!
