MY honest submission is this, if at all there is any iota of truth in this claim even if its 5% then i think there is more to biafra than the nigeria government is willing to admit. for un a world body to invite the kanu's to such a meeting goes to show that the international community is well behind this movement. and like you said its a matter of time even the boldness of kanu all this while shows same. If a vote to allow a one time referendum as you've said is permitted do you think you will have majority of the votes cast?
