We have two position, Governor and Vice Governor, one can occupy the other office as well as gain vital experience whilst preparing in waiting.

Thereafter, Maduka can emerge with either Bianca as his vice or Stella Oduah.

About the Anambra South Ticket, I think it should be given to Ifeanyi Ubah as a compensation for the role he played in the last guber elections. Believe it or not, ifeanyi Ubahs support was far more influential than Bianca's in Nnewi and elsewhere.

I understand the people are jittery Ubah may revolt especially as it concerns the next guber polls but these things can be handled. I see Soludo is also supporting Bianca because of this issue but denying Ifeanyi Ubah the ticket at this point will be uncharitable.

Ifeanyi Ubah should me made to agree he's not the choice of APGA for the next guber polls before being handed the ticket and he should enter a form of agreement to support the party's choice for the next governorship election. There are many influencial men in Anambra that can facilitate this.
In any case, APGA has more to gain with giving ubah the ticket than bianca. I have never been a fan of Ifeanyi Ubah, I sill consider him as a money miss road who thinks the world only starts and ends with football and in contrast I always admire Bianca but it's time for her loyalty to be tested. At this point in time, the best thing to do is to keep Ifeanyi Ubah and if APGA does otherwise, it'll be a bad move.

Free and fair, Ifeanyi Uba will win Bianca in any election. But it depends on who the Governor and party executives will support that's where Bianca I think has an upper hand.

Now, I believe Obiano isn't too comfortable handing over the senatorial ticket to Ifeanyi Uba going by his antecedent of party prostitution. Everyone knows Ifeanyi Uba will still come back to contest the gubernatorial ticket with or without being a Senator. So, Obiano is only trying to play safe denying him the ticket now so even if he decamps now his political structures in the party are yet to be consolidated, unlike when he decamps as a senator.


Governance and philanthropy are two different entities. Rocha's Okorocha was a good philanthropist until he became the Governor of IMO state. Soludo has been tested and has gathered enough experience within the Nigerian system in governance, he remains the best candidate for the next Anambra Gubernatorial election.
