The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, declared a sit-at-home protest across the states in the South-East and some states in the South-South to mark the one year anniversary since their leader Nnamdi Kanu disappeared after his home was invaded.

IPOB members in Bata, Equatoria Guinea, also decided to join in the protest, even though they do not do business in Nigeria, and they've taken to social media to share photos of their locked shops to show their support for IPOB members in Nigeria.

The sit-at-home protest comes exactly one year after the Nigerian Army invaded the Afaraukwu, Umuahia country home of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. Since the invasion on September 14, 2017, Nnamdi Kanu has not been seen and his whereabouts remain unknown. His parents have also not been seen since then.

Can’t fool me, they probably just took pictures of random locked up shops. How are we sure the owners are “Biafrans”. I hate propagandist regardless of what side it’s from.

Also, those pictures could have been taken early in the morning before shops were scheduled to be open, judging by the empty streets. Now, go back and take those pictures mid-afternoon when everyone is out going by thier businesses. I hate propaganda regardless of what side it’s from.

Must you expose op? Mind ur business
