Evans is still under trial, in a country where the citizenry put petty criminals on leashes in broad daylight, baying for their blood in the most animalistic ways conceivable, metting out the most gruesome of barbaric punishments in the name of "justice", yet no one seems to be batting an eyelid. The very people who descended aggressively on the banana thief of yesterday make light of Evan's reality. They're not even outraged in the slightest.

This is not to advocate jungle justice or suggest a scenario where it would have been more appropriate than another, but to point out the ridiculousness of the observation I just stated. There is absolutely no way to make sense of the CONTRADICTION.

It shows clearly that there's something wrong with the Nigerian psyche. It is impossible to place your fingers on the actual values of these people.

Go and read the full accounts of his ordeal,Evans had regular conversations with him while in captivity so he recognised his voice obviously after several months of conversing.Evans invited the doctor to treat him but made sure he was blindfolded so that he doesn't see the doctor.According to this man the Doctor is the only one who is still at large leading him and the police to believe Evans is protecting the doctor who might be an established medical practitioner

I handle a lot of respomsibilities most of which need urgent attention. Which is why why I'm soliciting for help in that sum. I intend to use part of it to start something, pacify my landlord with part of it and get food for the house with a part and there is currently nothing at home.

I'm not a lazy person, I'm just a lady that has had much to hanlde without help.
The stage I am in now, I need help and that's why I'm crying out. I don't mind letting the phone go but I'm sure it woldnt do as much as crying out will do.

I came here this morning to see if I'd get help. I'm at the verge of giving up. I have really had a lot to deal with in my young life.

I'm in need of a cash donation of 150k. I've had a lot to deal with very recently, from a sick younger brother to being in prison for some months. I had a business issue that went sour and it landed me me SARS/prison, awaiting trial. I spent over 5months until God intervened and the case was called off from court I'm down to nothing as I speak. Lost a whole lot plus my rent is expired. I don't want to bug us with too many stories.
I want to pick up the bits and pieces again and start smtn so that I don't beg to eat.

This is a faceless forum, and it's only normal for people to be kinda sceptical about you as there v been lots of cases where people ask for help deceitfully.

maybe you should try creating another post and show a paper evidence ( hospital reports, receipts of drugs, tests etc) also pictures if possible .

and if there is a paper evidence of your SARS experience too. This way, people would feel safe to help you out and contribute their widow's mite without fear of being scammed.

I have replied to a similar post earlier.
I have already told myself this morning that if I don't get help, I will go to computer village and sell my phone.
I just decided to try to ask for help from here first.

I spent 8Months in prison and I lost my all while I was in there. I'm trying to build back communication again and with my clients and all. The phone comes handy in that aspect. The best offer I have gotten so far for the phone is 30k, cus it's a little cracked behind.
My problem is way beyond 30k at the moment and I will still be stranded. I need to give my landlord some money to hold onto cus my rent expired while I was in remand. I also have to get food at home basically cus of my kid bro who has ulcer and is recovering from schizophrenia plus I have to get him meds. Then I intend to start up smtn with with the rest. It's not something that 30k can solve. About the data, I subscribed for 500 naira a week this morning.

Please help me, i have too much astake if I don't get help. While I was in remand, I had at least two square meals daily, now I hardly get a square for me and for my kid bro. It's just tough on us..

I actually do not want to go out too loud. I'm actually going tru a healing process. From being there to the feeling of being abandoned by the people whom I thought would have showed up for me. I'm just quietly gathering the bits and pieces and it took a lot to come out like this. That's why I wrote up my email address just incase anyone had further questions.
