All of a sudden my phone stopped sending and receiving either by Bluetooth or xender,if I take picture it will not save,UC browser is not working again,I can't download again as well. Gurus in the house , kindly help me out.thanks

I suggest you do a Factory Reset

I did that, and now it's working fine again.but I didn't remember to remove the memory card before resetting,now the memory card is not functioning again.could it be because I did not remove it?

Have you tested it on a pc or another phone?

I tested it on another phone,it did not work

Take it to carlcare to have it fixed

Connect it to a PC � via a card reader and see if it detects it. You can format it and return it to the phone.

A factory reset should help. Or better still see reliable engineers at Carlcare

Hey, it's better you condemn that sd card... it was the sd card that causes the initial problem/damage you complained until you factory reset it..just stop using it coz formatting won't repair it back.... unless you wants your phone to get struck/brick...

Get a better memory card

Update the System

The best thing is to backup and factory reset.

Yes, I stay in Lagos. But due to busy schedule, it might be hard creating time for this. I'll suggest you check youtube. There are lots of tutorials there
