I don't think any applied directly for fertilizer.... it is actually a department that hides under the Refinery recruitment process. Hence my comment.

Well, my letter clearly states that after training, resumption will be at the refinery

nah sure. Buh i feel once trainees are back from foundation trip, they would continue on with training and be paid accordingly in-spite of the refinery start-up shift. My conclusion from studies is that more and more people are still gonna be recruited as more batches of people still gonna be organized for training in Mumbai until a time when expertise would become satisfactory and locally stabilized and training scheme would thenceforth be organized in-house.

Any tips

for more than a year now my status stll reads, " CV Based SL cleared and waiting scheduling interview."
for the executive trainee refinery. for a year plus we are still waiting for that interview. who else has similar issue and it would be helpful if anyone tells us what the above status means.
