So lately I have been seeing posts around companies that treat their staff poorly and owe salaries with no work life balance.

I've also read comments about bad bosses who don't give a damn about their staff.

But I know their are great companies in Nigeria who really treat their staff well. Not just in terms of salary, but more importantly other benefits.

Benefits like:
* A clear career plan and path
* Constant training and development, sometimes abroad.
* A good health management program (HMO)
* A collaborative atmosphere between staff and management, no office politics or bickering.
* Daily lunch in the office.
* Care for family of staff

I know some companies that have facilities like gym, tennis, library, and even bar for their staff. cool

So have you ever worked or heard about these companies? Let's hear from you.

NB: Not necessarily foreign or multinational companies. There are good Nigerian companies to work in.

Funny enough, no one has mentioned one company that I know about very well through a Christian brother who works there - PZ Cussons Nigeria at Ilupeju.
This brother came in there at a very low level a few years back and is now a top top manager in charge of some states. Entry level graduates earn N250-300k, promotion comes every year, at 4th level of promotion, you're entitled to an official car which eventually becomes yours after 3 years, sales executives earn N800k & above per month for starters, infact if you price yourself low as an experienced hire, you may not be given the job and others which I won't mention here.

Infact, if I were much younger, I would have loved to work in such a place but like they say in Yoruba, "Ojo ti lo o"!
