Beautiful Anambra... the people are really trying

And to that person complaining about lack of skyscraper... it's only a matter of time...
apart from Lagos, Onitsha has the highest average building height (even though most are only 5-6 stories... but there are a lot of them).

Think about this: Lagos is Nigeria's financial capital, and Abuja its political, which means there's a lot of the country wealth poured into those places. Onitsha has grown as a result of internally-generated wealth from private enterprises. Compared to other cities in the country (apart from Lagos and Abuja), Onitsha (and Anambra in general) is at the forefront of urban development.

But we should not be comparing and contrasting for argument's sake... we should be celebrating all aspects of our country.

What's 'beautiful' about those first couple of pics? They just show built up areas with hardly any greenery!

The road and some of the bridges you see in this picture are federal roads. But some people who were born with victim mentality will claim that there is no federal presence in their state.

Celebrating them because despite the bad leaders every section of the country has suffered from, Nigeria has a people is still struggling to ensure something good comes out of desolation made by our prodigals (bad leader). You're so on point. Let's grow above ethnicity, bigotry and so on. Every part of the nation has suffered from a single disease, corruption. If not Anambra like many other Nigerian states could have grown to become economic giants.
