Indeed men have responsibilities in pregnancies but the first level of exposure/risk is on the woman. This record has been played over and over again and the expectation should be since men don't own up to their responsibilities she wont be the vessel that brings a fatherless child to this world.

Personally, in my dealing with anyone i evaluate where the risk lies and ensure i mitigate it especially where it weighs heavily on my side. I think her advice is meant to inspire younger ladies. I guess someone needs to ask the young men to understand the implication of their actions.
