The inconsequential communication minister. What a shame. Nigerian certificate forgers. These group of people are fast in knowing who the illiterates are, meanwhile, many of them use money to buy certificates, is this what education is all about in Nigeria? Shame on many Nigerians because is only few that went through the rigorous of getting educated and sadly, they are the people that don't get employed. Shame to Nigerians.
