I rented room that i live in, but currently the roofing has been removed due to the recent heavy storm rain which have removed all my roofing in my living room, i call on my landlord which told me to do it by myself, presently have lost my job due to where I work have relocated to another country. Ever since then have been living with friend due to I cannot be able to raise the fund bill by the carpenter which I called on to check it for me, which he bill me to pay 13,000 naira. this is a natural disaster and by right the landlord is obligated to make the repairs.

if govt was to compensate those affected by natural disaster, will the tenant come out and collect the cash.
