I did the calculations myself using Premium Times LGA results and got a difference of 1298 with a little margin of error.

So I think that result on twitter that has a difference of 910 should be correct.

What a way to lose an election with just 910 votes only!!!

Modified : Premium Times has all 29 LGAs announced so far minus Osogbo. I searched for Osogbo on Twitter and found 23379 vs 14499 for APC and PDP.
Hence the 1k difference I got.
Unless the Osogbo result isn't confirmed yet.
