Even if apc wins osogbo with 8000 margin as widely reported and 1000 votes are subtracted from pdp figure in ayedaade,apc will still win but i foresee a rerun.can someone calculate all the cancelled votes?

He received 1st, 2nd and 3rd tranches of Paris refund but still yet could not pay but he was receiving his in full every month including remittance to his benefactors in Lagos.
