UK more accessible if you follow the plab exam route, after working in UK for more than one year you can move to Australia without writing any exam

UK should be easier to get a visa for a first timer. But perish all thoughts of living there. Just like the poster said, get some UK certifications and start looking for work in Canada or Australia as soon as you get one, which won't be all that hard with a UK cert and job experience, migrate to Aussie. In every index of cost, Australia is better than UK for me. However since you are a med. Doctor, consider the gulf region if you wanna make big bucks as well. They pay doctors heavy. But with UK certificate
