A lady was rushed to the hospital after being involved in a ghastly accident. According to Facebook user from Enugu state, Patrick Austin, the accident happened yesterday morning after a truck ran into the lady who was on motorcycle otherwise known as Okada, while on her way to work.

The lady was left seriously injured as her leg was crushed in the process.

The condition of the motorcyclist who was transporting the lady, was not given as residents who gathered took the wounded woman to the hospital.

It was amputated and a prosthetics leg was given to me. Over ten years ago now, I'm still kicking and living fine.

Sad news, that's why we need to pray everyday before leaving the house, her leg was badly damage o, she will have to be flown abroad for proper treatment.

My heart goes out to her. Those imbecilic okada riders are nightmares. I think being exposed to all that wind that rushes to their brain while riding reduces their IQ or something, cuz I'm yet to understand how a normal human being will be on top okada and be dragging the road with someone driving a car. They will now be horning impatiently and trying to squeeze by the side, on roads we all know have potholes that must be dodged. I wish there was a way to ensure only the okada men get hurt, unfortunately it's usually their passengers that will just keep quiet and be watching or even supporting their recklessness that suffer the most
