Dear Nairalander, I think it's high time we the citizens champion complete overhauling of our constitution. It's stated in the constitution that with an [/b]attempt[b] of Ssce one can contest and be elected as a president or Governor. But, with a degree, you must have NYSC . Are we sane?! This and many more laws and policies are what militates the overall growth of the country.

The document is worse than TRASH

Alteration of The Exclusive List should be by simple Majority of Forces outside The NASS. eg
Yes simple Resolution of State Assemblies ie Yes simple Resolutions of 19 States. Or
Yes Resolutions of 19 State Governors.

I never opined that individual should provide fake certificate or result try read again
