I will advise you not to copy n paste.
Instead Rewrite your articles... Just glance through and then rewrite in your own word and you can't rewrite just non-index it via yoast plugin i believe you making use of wordpress.

I was viewing a site called politicsngr you should know him if you are in political section of nairaland... my God the guy has hit all time traffic.
From his ranking he might be making 300$ to 400$ daily.

What makes him benefit from Google March algorithm update was because he struggled to write all articles him self... That's Rewrite no copy paste.
I know it's stressful but it's best .. Copy n paste reduce site's worth as Google sees that site as low quality and pushes the site down or even refuse to index the content.

Nothing kills a site like copy n paste.... Take my advice and bet me in 1 or 2 years to come you will be come back to thank me

Ssl can be done letter,thats not a problem, as for the slow down response a catching plugin and a cloudflar can do the work.
All this I believe can be corrected now,like I said post not written by her should be remove from search engines.
Ways to do that :Delete or throw non-index them all.
