The sad thing is that the real robbers are protected by the police.

Please do not insinuate that these arrested thieves are not real robbers. They are real Armed Robbers that can cause untold damage/hardship to innocent citizens with robbery activities.

It is their Senior colleagues (Politicians) doing the "Pen Robbery Business" that are been protected by the Police. They are all, (Police included) in the same "Robbery Business". It is a case of "thieves arresting thieves" and "thieves protecting thieves".

Ask the owner of the stolen N500k how much will have been deducted from the recovered money when police will return it to him. I am not sure he will ever get anything at all. Trust me, I am talking from experience with Police on a recovered stolen vehicle. And we are talking cash here.
