If South West murdered Democracy on the altar of tribalism, the question is when? Was it in 2011 when the whole south-west voted for GEJ who is from South South or in 2015 when South West voted for PMB who is from the North? Was it in 2003 when South West voted against OBJ who is from South West?

South West do not vote on tribalism like East, South South or the North. We are the most educated of all Nigerian geographical regions and we vote base on what Contestants present on Polity and Issues.

I lived in Bonny-Island in the past. I was not allowed to vote in Finima during the 2015 elections because I am from South West. What do you call that? Upholding Democracy?

To all PDP sympathizers - the truth of the matter is that PDP did worse when they were in power and I am sure would have done same if not worse this time as well if they are still in power. Nigerians forget things easily!!! Didn't Obasanjo say that, "even if Jesus comes from heaven he can run a free and fair election." Am I justifying what APC has done here? Hell NO!!! But the truth must be said.

Now to be sincere Obasanjo was not trying ridicule Jesus or sort of but he was trying to tell us how difficult it will be to have a free and fair election as that time. He was surrounded with extremely selfish people who do not care about his victory but their pockets. Or how do you explain the sharing of 2.1 billions dollars if not for rigging?
