Tribunal Judgement: Adeleke Rejects Tribunal Verdict, Heads To Appeal Court by damilola4162(m): 1:12pm On Jan 27, 2023
The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has described the judgement of the governorship tribunal as " a miscarriage of justice", vowing to challenge the ruling at the Court of Appeal.

This was contained in a statement issued by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed short after he was sacked as the Governor of Osun state on Friday, January 27.

Reacting to the verdict of the Tribunal from his country home, Ede, Governor Adeleke faulted the resolution of the over-voting question in favour of Mr Oyetola, calling it " an unfair interpretation against the will of majority of voters"

While urging his supporters to remain calm, Governor Adeleke vowed to appeal the judgement at the Court of Appeal, insisting he remains the rightful winner of the July 16 election.

"I call on our people to remain calm. We will appeal the judgement and we are sure justice will be done. Let our people be reassured that we will do everything possible to retain this widely acclaimed mandate", Governor Adeleke declared.

He will lose again at the court of appeal. The evidence against him is overwhelming. The election was clearly rigged and INEC admitted to over voting in court.

In 2022, The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Tuesday, sacked the Ebonyi State governor, David Umahi, his deputy, Kelechi Igwe.

Did they vacate their seats

They are preparing a way for vote stuffing next month. By adding votes that were outside BVAS, the organized crime syndicate is trying to make BVAS useless so that their plan of ditching the technology would be legalized.

It will not work.

The lawful votes were the ones casted by accredited voters with BVAS technology.

There's nothing this organized crime gang can do at this time. Nigeria has moved on from ballot stuffing with bogus votes from the house of political crime family.

This time around you were declared winner but a three man judge has disqualified you .

As you go to appeal court, pray against your village people.Because they are very strong on your Matter.

The verdict of Osun State is quite disturbing, considering how much people depend on BVAS and IRev to deliver.

If the tribunal cancelled many votes in polling booths where there was over-voting, INEC needs to find a way to punish in-house electoral offenders.

We cannot continue living in a country where wrongdoings have no consequences.

BTW, I want to see the details of the verdict

PDP really messed up for that Osun election... When they have big chance of winning, Osun is already tired of APC methods. Why over voting when u know that there is BVAS?

APC did Data cleansing, with Bvas it might be even easier to rig election. They have changed the total number of accredited voters before going to court....
