He can go back to the said photocopy centre to pick it up anytime he has the time or delegate someone to pick it up on his behalf with proof of identification peradventure he is far from that area.

I tried searching the about name on social media maybe for any luck, but the photos that popped up isn't like the one on the NYSc cert and doesn't look close to the photo.

pls keep the certificate for him, I have seen the guy on Facebook and drop a message for him.
