Uhmmm...that is actually broad, deep and wide! To achieve that, we need to go through the same process Ghana went through. Even though, Ghana is relatively microscopic in scope when compared to Nigeria but notwithstanding, the only viable approach is their approach...

Yeah, you are right but the bad thing is our idea doesn't trip the bad managers. They feel it's a theoreotical approach instead of being practical for once.
