In politics you need the support of alot of people to succeed, it's not about being good or wise but about doing what the people wants including sharing some cash to foot soldiers.

Never in the history of Nigeria have I seen a Governor so rejected by everyone.

Sanwo-olu all the way, the incoming Governor of Lagos State.

Ambode should accept the Ministerial sit offer, forget second term and support the choosen candidate. Any attempt to decamp will mean political suicide.

Its a shame that a human being from Nigeria would write this against Ambode, and still expect to get a better life from politicians. "Share some money to the foot soldiers", how much will you keep for your generations yet unborn, blind soldier? Its really a pity.

Only a political novice like u will be surprised to hear " share some money" in Nigerian politics.

Money sharing to control a fair share of party structure is non negotiable. You can only contest an election when given a party ticket, u won't get to the polls except via a party no independent candidate. Party politics is key

The gang up against Ambode was because he refused to share money to APC godfathers and their footsoldiers.
Before, Ambode was the best governor in Nigeria. But as soon as trouble started with godfathers, he became the worst governor in Lagos. If we are to take this development literally, it means that Fashola's performance as Lagos state gov was rated high by propaganda simply because he SHARED MONEY TO SELF APPOINTED KING MAKERS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS, and not based on real time performance.
