Pls ooo nairalanders, our rented house was marked for demolition by Lasbca and our rent would be expired by next December. Should we still pay or look for another accommodation because some tenants are saying that if Ambode looses they will not demolish it again. Pls what do you think? thanks in anticipation

Yours house being marked doesn't mean it's for demolition. Pls answer the following
- is it a new house (Likely possible action= sealing)
- was d house recently renovated (sealing)
- was there any form of change of use in any part of the house (sealing)
- is there any activity in the house to warrant a petition(sealing)
- is the house in anyway contravening major land use or obstructing an overriding public interest; is ur house susceptible to collapse (only on this condition can your house b demolished).
Also what other inscriptions were written on the wall except for the Lasbca stuff..
