Please help a brother. the date of birth on my waec result differs from the one on my school record. Now am doing my youth service but I wish to correct the date of birth on my waec record to the date of birth on my school record. Is this still possible. Please i need answer and it's urgent. If you can substantiate that it was an error and not an afterthought, then it could be amended. To do that, your school will need to present some documents relating to your registration and date of birth. Please contact the WAEC Office in the state where you sat for the exam. Go to court and swear an affidavit on it. And bear in mind when you're presenting that document you must attached the affidavit with it for consistency 4 Likes |

Go with your: 1. Original WAEC Certificate 2. Original Birth Certificate 3. Court Affidavit (Optional) 4. N10,000 Note: Original copy of WAEC Certificate will be collected on spot... Be ready to wait for a year or more for it to be ready. 24 Likes 1 Share |

 Yes it is possible, just follow the following steps 1. report your self to the police for forgery 2. serve your 21 years in prison jeje 3. when u are released from prison start using your original certificate Or Just get an affidavit from court showing your preferred date of birth citing mistakes on previous documents 7 Likes |

Take it to WAEC office with your birth certificate and 10k. It takes up to 6 months before it will be ready so make sure you have enough copies of it because they will collect it from you. Hope this help 6 Likes |

Sometimes it's seems possible while atimes it's not except with some manipulations with a computer system, you can't write to waec to change your date of birth |
